My name is Fiona, and on behalf of the entire family here at Song of Travel Hostel, we welcome you to Myanmar, to Inle Lake, and to our home. Our hostel opened in November 2015 and has been designed by the owner Fiona in cooperation with local architects/ designers and thought about every small details. With appropriately furnished rooms with the highest possible privacy, a stunning common area and an awesome roof top area, our priority is to create a living place that respects your comfort and intimacy, and always at affordable prices. Just like being at home!

For us, traveling is more than just a touristic moment, that’s a life experience, and as your host we must make you feel at home. At the Song of travel hostel we aim to do it by offering a space, where anyone from around the world can comfortably relax, exchange ideas, and share experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.
That’s why in our hostel, we will give you the opportunity to meet like-minded travelers, become part of local life and to connect to Nyuang Shwe, its culture and people. So we created a relaxed, comfortable and living place where design and togetherness are the guiding principles to make you live a unique experience!

O u r L o c a t i o n
The Song of Travel Hostel is located in a quiet, local neighborhood, away from the traffic, only a few minutes by bicycle from the center, 1 km from Mingala Market and 5 minutes' walk from Nyaung Shwe Bus Station.
We are also close to Shwe Nyaung Train Station and Heho Airport, both of which can be reached within 15 minutes and 45 minutes by car respectively.
